Terms and Conditions

Metro $5,000 Cash Giveaway - Conditions of entry include:

• Entrants cannot be an employee of G&K Darling Pty Ltd T/A Impact Marketing Group, Impact Resort Marketing, Our Town Promotions or any participating outlets.
• If the winner of any draw is under the age of 18 years the prize amount will be given to their parent or guardian.
• The participating outlet must be financial to participate in the “Metro $5,000 Cash Giveaway”
• Entrants must spend a selected amount, use a service or gain a quote from a participating outlet to become eligible to gain an entry form.
• The Entry forms can either be placed in the submission box in the participating outlets store or can be mailed in a stamped envelope to Metro $5000 Cash Giveaway, PO Box 6232, Long Jetty NSW 2261.
• Each draw will take place at Suite 7, 13-15 Thompson St, Long Jetty NSW 2261.
• The lottery commences at 7am AEST 21st June 2010 and closes 4pm AEST Wednesday 12th January 2011.
• The draw dates are: 18/08/10, 15/09/10, 20/10/10, 17/11/10, 15/12/10 and 19/01/11.
• For each draw the prize includes an amount totalling $5,000 to the Winning Person.
• The total prize pool over the 6 draws equals $30,000.
• There is no requirement for entrants to be present at the prize draw.
• Entries will be accepted up to 4pm AEST on the day of each draw for draws 1 to 5. The final draw (6th Draw) entries will be accepted up to 4pm AEST Wednesday 12th January 2011. Each draw will be held at 4:30pm AEST.
• The prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque, sent by mail within 7 days of each draw.
• The method of the draw will be a barrel draw, with the winner picked at random.
• Prize winners will be notified by phone within 2 days of each draw, and further notified in writing.
• The results will be published in The Australian newspaper (national) on the fourth Wednesday of the draw month.
• The publication dates are 25/08/10, 22/09/10, 27/10/10, 24/11/10, 22/12/10 and 26/01/11
• Unclaimed prizes will be held for 3 months, at which time if the prize is not claimed, G&K Darling Pty Ltd will seek approval for a redraw. All entries for that particular draw will be placed in the redraw.
• The redraw will take place at Suite 7, 13-15 Thompson St, Long Jetty NSW 2261.
• Entries do not carry over to the next draw.
